We ship within the 48 contiguous Unites States, Alaska, Hawaii.
- Shipping Options
- FREE Shipping: FREE shipping orders will be shipped via the most cost effective option. This can either be ground or 3-day shipping depending upon the product and its destination.
Available for: Contiguous U.S. on orders over $100.00
- Ground Shipping: Ground shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., typically arrive 1-7 days after processing depending on the exact origin/destination.
Available for: Contiguous U.S.
- 3-Day via UPS: 3-Day Shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., shipments are delivered on the 3rd Business Day after your order is processed. Available for: Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii.
- 2-Day via UPS: 2-Day Shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., shipments are delivered on the 2nd Business Day after your order is processed. Available for: Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii.
- Overnight via UPS: Overnight Shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., arrive on the Next Business Day after processing. Available for: Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii.
- How is shipping calculated?
Once you have entered you shipping information, our shopping cart accesses UPS Real Time Rates to give you up to date shipping rates based on the estimated weight of your order including shipping materials, and your zip code. The rate quoted on the site is the rate you will be charged after your order is processed.
- When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Any in-stock order received before 2:30 p.m. Monday – Friday will be sent out that day. Shipments are only delivered on business days.
- Tracking Number:
Once your order has been processed by UPS. You will be sent an email containing your shipping information and a tracking number. To track your shipment, logon to UPS.com, click the yellow menu at the top marked “Tracking,” click “Track Shipments,” and enter your tracking number.
- Out-of-Stock Products
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time we may sell out of a particular item. If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order.
